Really excited about my Summer Body & Soul day on 21st July in Hertfordshire.  We've got the amazing Gordon Coxon doing a 'Gong Bath' - where incredible pulsations and vibrations flow through your senses.  There's a joyful and inspirational NIA class - this is a fabulous mixture of dance and movement, incorporating mind, body, spirit and emotions. We also have a brand new session on the effects of mobile phones and EMF's with Sosatec, experts in EMF protection. We have cleansing teas and healthy snacks all day and I finish the day off with my own relaxing Yoga  Nidra session.
